Nungnung Waterfall, located in the center of Bali, is one of the best waterfalls on the island. Measuring 50 meters high, its strong stream creates a breathtakingly beautiful and magical atmosphere. Adventure-seekers can hike down the 509-steps to get to Nungnung's waterfall and explore further by hiking along the trail running alongside the stream. The entrance fee is reasonable and the waterfall is open between 9am and 4pm every day. It is recommended to visit during the sunny season, between 11am and 2pm for optimal sightseeing and photographs. To make your outing more than just a visit to the waterfall, you can also check out nearby attractions such as the coffee plantation with the iconic Bali swings, the Leke Leke complex for other activities, and Sekumpul, another famous waterfall in Bali. For those who want an overnight stay near Nungnung, Bagus Agro Pelaga is highly recommended and is Bali’s first agrotourism farm.
