Ahhh, I absolutely adore this lookout and walk, I can’t even begin to describe how stunning it is. The colors here are insanely vibrant, making it one of the most picturesque spots to capture the area’s beauty. Cape Schanck is located at the southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. From the car park, you’ve got a few trail options, one heads up to the lighthouse, and another leads you down to the boardwalk. The path is a short, easy 1-kilometer wooden boardwalk that takes you to jaw-dropping rock formations, like Pulpit Rock. The natural beauty here is mind-blowing, especially on sunny days when the water sparkles and the colors really pop. Keep your eyes peeled for diverse flora and fauna, I’ve spotted several echidnas and albatrosses, and seabirds are often spotted. It’s the perfect spot for a seaside escape, whether you’re up for a relaxing stroll or just lounging on the rocks and soaking up the sun. You seriously have got to check this place out!
