The Pinnacles Lookout on Phillip Island is definitely my favorite natural marvel on the island, its raw beauty is so unique and will totally blow your mind. To get there, start at Cape Woolamai, where you’ll walk down the beach and follow the trail for about 2 kilometers (one-way). This trail is popular, so it’s well-maintained and easy to walk. As you hike, you’ll be surrounded by rugged coastal scenery and incredible rock formations that look like they’ve been sculpted by some cosmic artist.

The lookout itself offers an insane panoramic view of the coastline and the dramatic Pinnacles rock formations. It’s a stunning spot for photos, so have your camera ready. As you reach the top, the sweeping views of the ocean and the rugged cliffs will make you feel on top of the world. The rock formations here are so unique and funky that each time I’ve been, I find myself sitting and admiring the views longer than I expected to. And if you’re lucky, you might even spot some local wildlife adding a touch of magic to the scenery. Don’t miss out on this breathtaking spot, it’s a highlight of Phillip Island that’s sure to leave you in awe.
