Hot Spring
All ages
When people think of the Northern Territory, it’s easy to imagine endless desert landscapes. But that’s not the case at Berry Springs Thermal Pools. These pools stay a perfect 28 degrees Celsius year-round, making them ideal for a relaxing float, no matter when you visit during the dry season. Surrounded by lush greenery, soaking in these naturally warm waters is pure bliss. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and reconnect amidst the rugged beauty of the Outback.
There are several shady pool sections to explore, each offering a refreshing swim. They all have steps and ladders for easy entry and exit. The largest pool hosts plenty of fish, making it a great spot to bring a floaty or pool noodle and some snorkeling gear to watch the lively aquatic life. You can swim between the different areas until you discover your perfect relaxation spot. In the upper pools, there is a delightful little waterfall that is fun to sit beneath its gentle cascade.
