The Sondheim Theatre, formerly known as the Queen's Theatre, is a historic West End venue located in London. Originally opened in 1907, it underwent a major refurbishment in 2019 and was renamed in honour of the legendary composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim. With a capacity of 1137 on three levels, the theatre has hosted a variety of productions over the years, including the long-running musical Les Misérables. (One of my all time favourite musicals!) Known for its elegant Edwardian decor and recent modern updates, the Sondheim Theatre continues to be a popular destination for theatre enthusiasts in the heart of London's entertainment district.
