Colville Houses, also known as Pinehurst Court, is a Victorian mansion block located in Notting Hill, London. Built in the 1870s by George Frederick Tippett, these houses were originally intended for wealthy families but later converted into flats due to changing demographics. Over the years, the neighborhood went through ups and downs, from being described as a "largely slum area" in the 1930s to experiencing a modern revival in recent times. Today, Pinehurst Court offers around 105 one and two-bedroom flats leased to private tenants, reflecting the trendy vibe of Notting Hill.
