A favourite local walk of mine, this simple circular route from Hope Cove to Bolberry Down is just gorgeous.

Much of the walk is along the coast path, offering far reaching views of the coastline, to Bantham and beyond. It is a steep climb to Bolberry Down, but that means it’s all downhill on the way back. At Bolberry Down, there is Ocean Reach cafe if you’d like to stop for some lunch or a drink.

If you are a National Trust member, you might want to do this walk in reverse and start at Bolberry Down so you can benefit from the free parking.
