Standing at 3,544 meters, Mt. Temple is the highest peak near Lake Louise and the 11th highest peak in Canadian Rockies.
This is a challenging technical hike and scramble which is often only doable during a few short weeks in the summer due to the snow coverage. It should only be attempted by experienced hikers and scramblers. Trail is around 15 km round trip with more than 1700 meters of elevation gain which means it can easily take 10-12 hours to complete.
To access the trailhead, you'll need to get to Moraine Lake which means you need to book either Parks Canada Shuttle or one of the private shuttles (we recommend Moraine Lake Bus Company).
