I highly recommend leaving your luggage at the hotel upon arrival at Amanohashidate until check-in time. Simply head to your hotel and let the reception desk know that you'd like to store your luggage.

There are almost no good options for breakfast and dinner in the area, so I'd suggest booking them at your hotel for convenience.
