Regent Street Christmas lights tradition

Message from ExploringLondon

Regent Street in London is where the Christmas lights tradition all began back in 1954. The theme for the lights has been "The Spirit of Christmas" for several years now, but there are rumours that this might be changing in the upcoming years. The twinkling spirits adorn the street from Langham Place to Waterloo Place. It's a must-see spot during the holiday season, with red double decker buses and shops decked out in festive decorations adding to the magical atmosphere.
