Sproat Lake Provincial Park is a sweet spot for water lovers on Vancouver Island. Just a short drive from Port Alberni, this park offers crystal clear, warm waters perfect for swimming, fishing, boating and waterskiing. As well as some gorgeous mountain views!
Unfortunately, much of the waterfront around Sproat Lake is privately owned. But Sproat Lake Provincial Park is where you can access the lake. Here, there are two campgrounds, a day-use and picnic area, hiking trails, lake access and a public boat launch.
Don't miss the chance to check out the mysterious petroglyphs at the east end of the lake.
