Some Information about the Witch

In 2019, the small village of Balbido in Trentino became home to a quirky Guinness World Record: the largest "Stria" (witch) in the world. Standing at 10.77 meters tall and 4.5 meters wide, this giant witch is made of bamboo and wood, paying homage to the mischievous folklore witches who used to throw stones at farmers' carts returning from Val Marcia.
