Newell Falls is one of those surprise waterfalls that you stumble upon while driving along the curvy roads of the Dorrigo Mountains. You might even miss the turnoff for Crystal Shower Falls and end up finding Newell Falls instead! The falls can be prone to road closures during times of flooding, so it's a good idea to check the conditions before visiting. Just be careful when stopping to admire the falls, as there isn't much space for parking.
