It is placed here to honour a local history teacher, Mike Dwyer who campaigned for years for public education 📖 This cliff-top reserve overlooks the ocean and has pretty little flowers in the grassy area for you to soak in the views and click an epic shot with the sculpture before you hop back into your car to continue your trip! 🌼
