The Chureito Pagoda is a picturesque spot perched on a mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and the iconic Mount Fuji in the distance. This five-storied pagoda, part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine, offers stunning views, especially during cherry blossom season in mid-April and autumn color season in early November. A popular spot for photographers, the pagoda is reached by climbing nearly 400 steps from the shrine's main buildings, but the view at the top is totally worth it!

TIP - It can get really crowded here so I highly recommend coming as early as possible even 6am if feasible if you're after those soft shots of the view. While there still might be couple photographers along with you, there will be lesser tourists. Also please don't underestimate the number of steps to reach here! There is also the slope option if you want to skip the stairs!
