☀️ This hike will take you to the top of the Pilatus along incredible panoramic views over the Vierwaltstättersee! It's a beautiful hike and good reachable by public transport! The hike will suit everyone needs with a 1600m vertical elevation or by taking the train up first, which makes it an easier hike. Whatever way you go, the most important thing is to enjoy the incredible views on top because they are unmatched 🤩

ℹ️ You start the hike at the train station Alpnachstad. From here, it's a relatively short hike in terms of kilometers, but with a lot of elevation gain (1600m). An alternative would be to take the first part with the train up and do half of the hike to the top. This is the nicer part anyway😉. You can hike down the same way, but taking the cable car down is definitely a good recommendation. Your knees will thank you😅
