Message from Isleifur Eli

Keilir is a Pleistocene subglacial mound or possibly a conical tuya located on the Reykjanes Peninsula in Iceland. Standing at 397 meters high, it was formed during a subglacial fissure eruption that created a distinctive landmark visible from afar. The mountain is popular for hiking, with a trail leading up to the top where hikers can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area.
