What you’ll do

If you love animals, Aruba is a fantastic vacation destination. You'll be surrounded by an incredible variety of wildlife, such as colorful birds, majestic sea turtles, and fascinating marine creatures. It's a place where you can truly connect with nature and have unforgettable experiences with animals.

This 5-day itinerary includes the best spots on the island that you can't miss, as well as opportunities to see animals up close. I have also included a recommendation for a tropical boutique hotel with a great location that I believe you will love!

*Please note that the recommended experiences prioritize animal well-being and often support non-profit organizations. If you have any questions about activities not mentioned in this itinerary, feel free to message me on Instagram (@jennasilver_), as there are a few that I don't recommend.

Prepare yourself for an incredible adventure in Aruba! Once you've arrived, simply hop in a taxi or drive your rental car to the exquisite Boardwalk Boutique Hotel, conveniently situated near the island's most stunning beaches.

If you have time in your day, explore some of the islands underrated spots. Begin your exploration by immersing yourself in the captivating Ayo Rock Formation. This hidden gem offers a short and enjoyable walk amidst magnificent rock boulders, providing breathtaking views and the chance to discover ancient rock drawings.

Next, uncover the enchanting Secret Natural Pool, a secluded oasis nestled among rocks. Take a refreshing dip, indulge in snorkeling, or even test your courage with some cliff jumping. While in the area, don't miss the opportunity to explore the historic Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins and capture unforgettable photos through the ruins' windows.

Close by lies the renowned Natural Bridge, a beloved attraction despite its collapse a few years ago. Take a moment to relish the scenic views and don't forget to grab some snacks and drinks from the nearby store, perfectly complementing your visit.

In the evening, treat yourself to a delightful dinner at Quinta del Carmen. This exceptional restaurant, housed in a century-old building, boasts a rich history and serves up delectable cuisine.
