Aruba's Donkey Sanctuary provides a loving home to over a hundred local donkeys. In the past, these donkeys served as the primary mode of transportation for the island's residents. Nowadays, most of them reside in the sanctuary, where they can enjoy a safe and protected environment. With plenty of space to roam freely, these donkeys receive lots of cuddles, snacks, and care.

It's an ideal location for animal lovers and those seeking a unique experience. Best of all, visiting the sanctuary is free, and you can bring snacks like carrots to feed the donkeys. If you're looking to show your support, you can even symbolically adopt a donkey.
