Rascals is a top-rated spa in Kuta, located within the beautiful Rascals Resort. The staff is incredibly friendly, the setting is gorgeous, and the massages are not only amazing but also super affordable. They offer three different types of massages, all for just 180K ($11), and my personal favorite is the Rascals Fusion.
