This circular trek spanning 9 kilometers is relatively effortless, with only about 150 meters of ascent via concrete stairs. The trail's highlight is the segment that has been excavated into the cliff face, where the waterfall cascades over the path. Unlike other levada walks in Madeira, this trek does not offer a genuine forest walk, resulting in a somewhat reduced 'jungle' ambiance.
