A really good place to relax or picnic.. camping, bird watching and indulge into pure nature. Nice boardwalk and some 600-800 year old Kauri trees.

The Parry Kauri Park Museum, nestled within the stunning grounds of Parry Kauri Park, showcases a fascinating collection of kauri logging history and gum-digging artifacts. Visitors can explore a bushman's hut, a foot-powered grindstone, and displays of kauri digging tools and giant kauri gum pieces. The park itself offers a serene walk through native bush, with boardwalks leading to a lookout and impressive kauri tree grove. It's a cool spot to immerse yourself in the rich heritage of New Zealand's kauri industry!
