This glacier extends over 440,000 hectares of ice. It is a glacier with easy access and quite flat.

The adventure begins by walking through a lush evergreen forest, then you begin to see the transition of the terrain, from the forest you pass to the moraine, which is the accumulation of sediments that the glacier has dragged along for thousands of years. We spent about 2 hours walking through the moraine, and then we reached the pure ice where we began to see beautiful formations of caves and glacial lagoons. It is an amazing experience!
