Message from Liz Long

Regent's Park, located in London, is a 410-acre royal park split between the City of Westminster and the Borough of Camden. It features a mix of open parkland, gardens, a lake, sports facilities, and even London Zoo. Originally proposed as a pleasure garden by the Prince Regent in the 1810s, it was designed by John Nash and James and Decimus Burton. The park's elegant terraces and villas surround Queen Mary's Gardens, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to enjoy nature and recreational activities in the heart of the city.
