Message from Liz Long

Chinatown in London is a vibrant ethnic enclave located in the City of Westminster, bordering Soho and Theatreland. It's packed with Chinese restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and souvenir shops, creating a bustling atmosphere. Originally situated in Limehouse, the current Chinatown around Gerrard Street started to take shape in the 1970s. Despite facing redevelopment challenges, this cultural hub remains a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, offering a taste of Chinese culture right in the heart of London.
