Baejarstadhaskogur Forest in Iceland is one of the most beautiful birch forests in the country, due to decades of being protected from grazing animals and its proximity to a large glacier. The 22-hectare area has been transformed from an old farm into a picturesque wonderland, with plenty of opportunity for hiking and exploration. Within the forest and its nearby surroundings, visitors can discover a canyon, a secret hot pool, and much more. It must be reached on foot on a hike from Skaftafell.
