Stórhöfði is a spectacular peninsula located on the largest island in the Vestmannaeyjar archipelago in Iceland, Heimaey. It's known to be one of the windiest places in Europe and holds the record for the lowest on land observation of air pressure in Europe. On this impressive peninsula, visitors can also find one of the oldest lighthouses in Iceland, which has been operational since 1906. With its unique landscape and plenty of breathtaking sights that are worth exploring, Stórhöfði is truly an unforgettable experience! In the right season (from may to august usually) you can see puffins from here!
