Kaffi Ó-le is a new addition to the Reykjavik coffee scene. It features a modern design and sophisticated equipment, with a gorgeous Dalla Corte XT espresso machine, an automated pour-over maker from Kalita Wave, and a batch brewer. The menu consists of seasonal single-origin coffees from local roaster Kaffibrugghúsið, all available as pour-over or espresso, plus sandwiches and cakes. Seating includes window-bars, benches outside, and high bar chairs inside along with two three-piece suits in the back room. Kaffi Ó-le is my top choice for coffee and the place to go to experience the too level of Icelandic coffee culture.
