Foss á Síðu is an iconic and beautiful farm in Southeast Iceland, with a past as rich and fascinating as its surroundings. Sitting atop a green hillock, with a dramatic waterfall cascading down the cliffs to the side, this historic site –mentioned in some early pieces of Icelandic literature- it has a special atmosphere of adventure and mystery, and is one of the locations of a saga called Gunnars saga Keldugnúpsfífls, where it is the residence of a witch.
