Gluggafoss, more commonly known as Merkjárfoss upon examining the full series of Falls, is an incredibly unique Waterfall located in Fljótshlíð, South Iceland. The 44-meter tall cascade falls through a stream of “gluggar” or “windows” created from rivers passing through soft bedrock.
