Súgandisey, a basalt island off the coast of Stykkishólmur harbour in Iceland, is home to one of the country's most delightful attractions: an idyllic lighthouse. Visitors can walk up to the lighthouse and admire the grand views of Breiðafjörður and the surrounding area. The picturesque scenery here is perfect for taking magnificent photos. Those wishing to explore the area further can venture across the causeway from the harbour and explore all that Súgandisey has to offer. This destination is also ideal for watching boats and ships pass the lighthouse as they sail through the deep blue waters. This is definitely a place you do not want to miss visiting while on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula.
