Windtower is a 2,695-meter peak in the Canadian Rockies of Alberta, Canada. It's not the tallest mountain around, but it sure stands out with its overhanging north face that looks like something out of The Bugaboos. You can spot Windtower from Highway 1, and climbers have tackled routes like the Iron Butterfly and the Northeast Ridge. Plus, it's made of Palliser limestone, so you know it's got some cool geology going on. Overall, Windtower may not be the biggest kid on the block, but it's definitely got its own unique charm in the mountain scene.
