Vina Castellano Winery is a hidden gem nestled in the hills outside of Auburn. With a cozy tasting room located inside a cave (yes, you read that right!), this winery offers a unique and inviting atmosphere for wine enthusiasts. Their Spanish varietals and Rhone-style wines are top-notch, and if you're feeling peckish, don't miss out on their fabulous tapas plate featuring an array of delicious meats, cheeses, and other goodies.
