Aliso Peak Trail is a fun and enjoyable nature hike located in Aliso and Wood Canyons Regional Park near Laguna Niguel, California. This 1.1-mile out-and-back trail offers spectacular views of rolling hillsides, scenic ocean vistas, and lush forests. The trail is generally considered moderately challenging, with an elevation gain of 328 feet over its length. Hikers should take care on the steep inclines on their way back up to the peak and be sure to wear appropriate footwear. Dogs are allowed on the trail, and bird watching, hiking, and walking are popular activities.
