The Valley Kitchen in Carmel is a modern American restaurant featuring a creative mix of dishes and flavors. Located on the grounds of the beautiful Carmel Valley Ranch hotel, guests can enjoy their food with stunning views of nature. The menu offers a variety of dishes from classic favorites such as Crab Cakes to innovative items like Butternut Squash Ravioli. Valley Kitchen also has specialty options like Tomahawk Experience, where diners can choose between a Rib Eye or Porterhouse steak, smoked salmon, burrata, and halibut ceviche. Customers can savor all these delectable items accompanied by their favorite beverage in an atmosphere made special with dim lighting and soft music.

We've eaten at this restaurant a number of times while staying at Carmel Valley Ranch, and it is easily one of our favorites!
