Furnace Creek Campground is located in the heart of Death Valley National Park and is the only campground in the park that can be reserved. The campground offers stunning mountain views, plenty of activities for all ages, and great amenities such as drinking water, picnic tables, flush toilets, and a dump station. With 136 total sites, guests are sure to find the perfect spot for their camping adventure, complete with campfire rings or grills and full hook-ups for RVs and campervans. Visitors can explore Death Valley with endless opportunities, from bird-watching the nearby Airport Road to learning about the area's incredible history at the Visitor Center. Even during the hottest summer months, Furnace Creek Campground provides comfort and relaxation - enjoy the beautiful sunsets, stargaze under the desert night sky, and relax in the one-of-a-kind atmosphere of this stunning location.
Just a short drive from this campground, is Artists Palette, Zabriskie Point, and Golden Canyon.
