Randalstown Forest is a 172 hectare forest in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The main feature that I think you will love here, is its deer enclosure. A visit here allows you a chance to see wild fallow deer up close. How cool is that?!

You can explore the natural beauty of Randalstown Forest with a scenic 2.9-mile walking trail that combines lush woodland trails and a captivating bird-watching experience. This trail meanders through the heart of the forest, offering glimpses of its enchanting flora and fauna. Keep an eye out for native wildlife and the tranquil ambiance of the forest.

I recommend you stop at the Randalstown Forest Bird Hide, strategically located to provide breathtaking views of Lough Neagh, the largest freshwater lake in the British Isles. From this serene vantage point, you can observe a variety of avian species in their natural habitat.

Adjacent to the forest is the World of Owls Wildfowl Centre. This provides an excellent opportunity to get up close with the birds. So definitely check that out on your visit too.

ADMISSION:
