Fagradalsfjall, an active volcano in Iceland's Reykjanes Peninsula, has been making waves since its eruption in March 2021 after 6,000 years of dormancy. The volcano, known for its stunning beauty, attracted locals and tourists alike to witness the effusive lava flows from fissures like Geldingadalir. With eruptions continuing sporadically until September 2021 and a new eruption in August 2022, Fagradalsfjall is proving to be a hot spot for volcanic activity and sightseeing adventures.
