Berovo Lake is a stunning freshwater lake located in the Republic of North Macedonia. The lake rests within 7 km of the North Macedonia-Bulgaria Border, near the town of Berovo. It features an impressive 2,500 m. in length, 350 m. in width, and a surface area of 75 ha. It has a maximum depth of 58 m - with its dam reaching -2 m - and a surface elevation of 990 m. A beautiful spectacle created by nature, the surroundings of Berovo Lake have been protected within Macedonian Forestry Police jurisdiction.
