Shichiri Mihama Fureai Beach is a scenic coastal destination located along the Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Route in the Kii Peninsula. The name "Shichiri" means "seven ri" (about 28 km), referring to the stretch of beach that runs along the Pacific Ocean. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, celebrated for its natural beauty, smooth pebbles, and spectacular views. The beach is popular for walking, swimming, and beachcombing, with a peaceful atmosphere ideal for unwinding.

There are also rest areas where visitors can relax, and it's a great place for viewing seasonal wildlife, such as sea turtles nesting in summer.
