What you’ll do

This itinerary is curated for the perfect weekend in Cape Town. Get ready to experience everything this city has to offer, from bustling streets, relaxing beaches and beautiful hikes. It includes local spots such as Llandudno beach, Oranjezicht market and the colourful De Waterkant. As well as some great hidden gems!

For day 1 and 2 of the itinerary, you won’t need a car. You can make use of public busses or Uber to get around. For day 3, I would recommend having a car, however it is also possible to do it with an Uber, it’s just a bit further out of town and will cost slightly more.

Start your day off at the beautiful Bloubergstrand. With long sandy beaches and views of Table Mountain, you would want to spend a few hours here, soaking in the sun and snapping some Instagram worthy pics.

Make sure to grab a snack and cool drink at a local grocery store, Woolworths is one of our favourite grocery stores for pre made food and snacks.

End your day off with a sunset hike up Lion’s Head. Time your hike such that you reach the top just before sunset, I promise that the climb is worth the view! Make sure to pack a headlamp for the way down, and lots of water.
