Abigail reviewed our itinerary promptly, and made really helpful comments and suggestions. I liked the format, whereby she started with overall comments followed by specific comments for each stage of the itinerary.
For the Abel Tasman National Park for example, which we were about to forgo because we were overwhelmed by the alternative ways and sections to visit on a one day trip, she suggested a trip that should suit us perfectly.
She also replied to further questions promptly and with loads of good will and generosity. We feel she really wants us to get the most out of our visit to NZ!
