The Frailes del Reato are a set of rock formations shaped like columns located in one of the meanders of the Tajera Reservoir. These rocky structures, resembling little monks, can reach several meters in height and are a delight for hikers and nature photographers. To get there, you start from the town of El Sotillo and follow a pleasant walk down to the reservoir. Just make sure the water level isn't too high, or you might end up with wet feet! Don't forget your camera – these "friars" are definitely Instagram-worthy!
