The Castle of Almodóvar del Río, located in Spain, is a historic fortress with origins dating back to the 8th century. 🏰 Originally built by the Emirate of Córdoba, it underwent renovations over the centuries and was restored in the 20th century. The castle features prominent towers like the Cuadrada, Redonda, and Homenaje. It served as a royal residence in the 14th century and has been featured in popular TV shows like Game of Thrones. 📺 Visitors can explore its rich history and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area. 🌄
If you want to enjoy the visit at your own pace, choose the Non-Guided Tour. You can do this with the help of a map 🗺️, with explanatory panels in 4 languages (Spanish, English, French, and German) 🇪🇸🇬🇧🇫🇷🇩🇪 and with our audio guide (Not available at this time (QR code)) 🎧.
