Would you like to try traditional Lapland dishes straight from the open fire?
This culinary experience includes 2 course meals ( traditional creamy salmon soup + starters + dessert (local pastry/pancakes).
I’ll use some local ingredients (like local mushrooms and cloudberry jam that I made myself this summer) . I’ll share some stories about local traditions and some interesting stories about life in Lapland.
We can discuss menu options (vegan/lactose free/gluten free) .
It’s an outdoor dining experience so I’ll be cooking food over an open fire please wear some warm clothes for this tour.
