Krýsuvíkurkirkja, a historic church in Krýsuvík, Iceland, was unfortunately destroyed by fire in 2010. However, thanks to the efforts of the Vocational School in Hafnarfjörður, a reconstructed version of the church was consecrated in 2022. This new church is an exact replica of the original and can accommodate up to 40 people. It's pretty cool that they were able to rebuild it using traditional timber construction techniques, don't you think?
