Watch a short video explaining the history of volcanic activity in the Vik area followed by a presentation where you will see real lava flow and harden right in front of your eyes. You can even keep a piece at the end.

The staff is very competent, the price is fair and the soup next door tasty. This is a good activity to do when the weather is poor, you have time to fill or you've missed an active eruption while in Iceland and want to see mesmerizing lava in person.
