Camp Egilsstadir is an great campsite located in a small town called Egilsstaðir, in the east Iceland on the banks of Lagarfljót river. It offers everything from modern facilities (including free Wi-Fi) and 24/7 services to a natural shelter under the girdle of cliffs and discounts for Vök Baths hot springs and Axe throwing. The Egilsstaðastofa Visitor Center also provides information about traveling in the Egilsstaðir area and the available services all year long.
