🇬🇧 The name of this mountain is due to the fact that hundreds of tombs are dug there and what makes them so unique is that Egyptian, Greek and Roman tombs are mixed. Four of the tombs have kept their colors and you can therefore see hieroglyphics in very good condition. To get there, we started walking from the hotel but in the middle of the afternoon with the sun beating down we jumped at the chance to get in a tuktuk as soon as we saw one. This place is really a must in Siwa because, in addition to its history, the view of the city and the palm grove is magnificent.

Quatre des tombes ont gardé leurs couleurs et vous pourrez donc y voir des hiéroglyphes en très bon état. Pour nous y rendre, nous avons commencé à marcher depuis l’hôtel mais en plein après-midi avec le soleil tapant nous avons sauté sur l’occasion de monter dans un tuktuk dès que nous en avons croisé un. Cet endroit est vraiment à faire car, en plus de son histoire, la vue sur la ville et la palmeraie y est magnifique.
