Bageri April is my favourite bakery in Västerås, Sweden. It was opened by co-owner Kim Lund, who won the title of baker of the year in Sweden. So you know she knows about bread and pastries. They have breakfast all day on the menu and varying buns and breads. The interior is minimalist and beautiful Scandinavian. The focus here is on the craft of baking and it shows in their products. Must visit when in Västerås!
